CValdo team members have volunteered in organizations and participated in many events within the communities where we live including: high school Shadow Day, career fairs at local universities, staffing volunteer positions after local wildfires, holding office in professional organizations, beach and creek cleanup days, college advisory and youth sports advisory boards, and coaching of various youth sports.

Becky’s House / YWCA
A short-term residential program in San Diego for women, men, and children in need of immediate protection from domestic violence.
Riverside County Department of Mental Health
Providing child and adult mental health services throughout Riverside County.
Ronald McDonald House San Diego
Provides food and lodging to families whose children are undergoing care for critical illnesses at local hospitals.
Rancho Damacitas
Provides child and family services aimed at stopping cycles of abuse and poverty, located in Temecula.
Sister Song
A national activist organization dedicated to reproductive justice for women of color, located in Atlanta Georgia.
Debbie Allen Dance Academy
Their world-class facility and staff use dance, theater, and performance to enrich, inspire, and transform the lives of their students, located in Los Angeles, CA.
Campaign for Southern Equality
Works across the Southern United States to strike down anti-LGBTQ laws, promote pro-LGBTQ policies, and promote policies that support racial equity, economic justice and immigration reform.
Feeding San Diego
A food bank in San Diego aimed at combating hunger for all ages.
Riverside University Health Systems Behavioral Health
Provides treatment and support services throughout Riverside County to transition-age youth, adults, and older adults who have a mental illness.
San Dieguito River Valley Conservancy
Stewards of open space offering programs including educational field trips to youth and adults within the San Dieguito River Valley.
The Rick and Anne Matsen Endowed Professorship for Shoulder Research
Assuring the future of cutting-edge patient-centered research at the University of Washington for patients with shoulder problems including arthritis, rotator cuff tears, dislocations, fractures, and failed prior surgery.
