CValdo has joined the Michael Baker International team and is currently providing floodplain management services for the San Diego River. Services include review of hydrologic and hydraulic studies prepared by the STARRII team in support of a physical map revision being prepared by FEMA. Other services include technical assistance to the City with the certification process for the left and right bank San Diego River levees between the Pacific Ocean and Napa Street.
