Mission Animal and Bird Hospital

The Mission Animal and Bird Hospital is a one story 10,905 square foot limited industrial  building which will serve as a hospital, boarding and grooming facility.  The project is located at the corner of Benet Road and freeway 76, Oceanside California.  CValdo tasks included preparation of construction documents: surveying and mapping, drainage study, storm-water report, design of retention basin, and grading plans.  It also included utility plans: fire service, sewer, water and storm drain plans.  Coordination and Processing with the City of Oceanside was part of the scope of services.   The facility opened in May, 2009.
